First, we appreciated the extensive marketing that you did on our behalf. We had misfortune of selling in the midst of a very bad economy and also in a market that was crowded in our range. We know that our house was particularly challenging because the yard was quite a bit smaller than other houses in the sam price range. As a result, the house was on the market quite a long time.
